As D-Link continues to refocus on developing products and solutions that provide our customers the most value and highest security, we are announcing the End of Service for the mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Monitor Apps and Cloud Services on December 30, 2022.
A full list of affected devices is listed below:
DCS-935LH, DCS-8200LH, DCS-5025L, DSP-W110, DSP-W215, DCH-S150, DCH-S160, DCH-G020, DCH-G020X, DCH-Z110, DCH-S220, DCH-Z120, DCH-Z310
DCS-935L and DCS-5010L support will be discontinued on the mydlink Home app, but mydlink Lite/mydlink+ app users will not be affected.
DCH-Z510 support will be discontinued on the mydlink Home app, but mydlink app users will not be affected.

Q: When will the mydlink cloud services for mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Camera Monitor apps be shut down?
On December 30, 2022 CST (GMT+8), we will shut down all cloud services for products associated with the mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Camera Monitor apps. Both apps will be removed from the Google Play and Apple App store. After the service termination, users will no longer be able to sign in via these apps and the mydlink portal. All services (including, but not limited to remote viewing, management, and setup) will be discontinued.
Q: Can I still log in to the mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Camera Monitor apps after the services are terminated?

Q: Why aren’t the mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Camera Monitor apps available for download from Google Play and App Store?

Q: Can I manage my devices with the mydlink app?
No, you cannot manage the devices with any D-Link apps after the End of Service date. Access to the devices via the mydlink cloud will be denied.
Q: Will my D-Link account still be valid after the End of Service date?
Yes, your account remains valid, and you can still sign in to a compatible app with your account to manage your other mydlink device if you have one. However, starting from December 30, 2022, you will no longer be able to signin to the mydlink Home and mydlink Baby Camera apps.
